The goal of Impact Coaching is to come alongside and be a catalyst for your spiritual growth. To close the gap between where you are now and the results you want to achieve. We work hard to form foundations of mutual trust, help you narrow your focus, and then identify resources and action steps to advance. We’ll be there for emergencies but this coaching template has proven to be an effective pathway, even trans-cultural.

We partner together to understand where you are and where you want to go. We then help you develop a strategic plan which includes goals, objectives, benchmarks, and a budget for employee care and corporate spiritual development. We’ll stay through the launch and even debrief.
