For example, PacMoore, a contract food manufacturing company, focuses on creating the finest food ingredients in the world fueled by their internal vision for life transformation.  They have a robust Employee Care Program (ECP). This wonderful program is their branding of outsourced service- organizations into one rich employee benefit.  Masterwork has been the lead service organization, providing internal coaching and ministry planning.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, PacMoore embraced the “Pause and Pivot” campaign to provide reassurance and care for all employees.
