Bill & Kathleen McClure

William McClure

Although awash in the calm of Midwest apple orchards and small town USA,  God in His wisdom left Bill not unaffected by the social and personal unrest of the 1970s.

After an incubation of philosophical questioning and biblical awakening, and a practical education in the family business, Bill pursued and earned his B.A. in Human Relations and a Th.M. in Bible Exposition. Immediately after completing seminary, Bill describes “I was invited and blessed to become increasingly immersed in vocational ministry within non-profits and on the pastoral staff of The Chapel, Akron, Ohio”.  Serving society’s needs from the “least of these” to those at the board table, Bill expanded his teaching and coaching ministry

After leading a third church plant, three peers and business leaders recognized Bill’s “start-up” gift and helped him form Masterwork to implement God’s calling and gifting on him. From this platform, Bill now gives himself fully to equipping men and women around the world, for marketplace effectiveness and local church health.
