Vision—to increase the powerful influence of Christ in His Church and our World

An equipping ministry, Masterwork’s vision is to increase the powerful influence of Christ by being a spiritual-growth catalyst among those they serve

Masterwork bears strategic burdens to intervene with men and women

  • in the first 30 days of connecting to awaken and aim for growth
  • the first 36 months to start and sustain a ministry
  • and the first 30 years for grounding and forming leadership readiness.

Considerable attention is given to thinking and living biblically.

As founder and executive director of Masterwork, Bill ministers locally and globally, promoting the influence of the Lord Jesus through his personal and small group coaching, informal modular instruction, and ministry mobilization. His audiences range from pre-Christian executive decision-makers to pastoral leaders in developing economies. From confidential conversations with shift employees to expository preaching in congregational settings

God has expanded the breadth and depth of this ministry from its humble yet visionary beginning to include significant efforts in marketplace consulting and pastoral training worldwide—“to the praise of His glorious grace” — Ephesians 1:6

Bill & Kathleen are passionate about teaching and coaching marketplace and local church influencers all over the world. The vision of their Masterwork organization which Bill founded and leads, is to increase the powerful influence of Christ by being a spiritual-growth catalyst among those they serve. This equipping ministry was formed to undergird God’s gifting and calling upon Bill who together with Kathleen, in 2017, celebrated their 30th year of marriage and service.

Carrying together the strategic burdens of coaching, teaching, and creative ministry development, this couple’s “fields for ministry” have extended from Valparaiso to Budapest, from inner-city Akron to Central NEPAL. Through personal invitation and key NGO partnerships*, they devote themselves to a busy teaching and coaching schedule.

Bill and Kathleen live in Valparaiso, Indiana, and have two adult children and one grandchild.
