Hi, I’m Bill McClure—a business and personal coach and instructor, specializing in spiritual formation and creative ministry development. God has permitted me this niche in humanity as a catalyst to help others develop how they live out God’s calling and capture His opportunities in whatever marketplace you’re in, even international places, far away places like Central Asia, Eastern Europe, or the Sub-continent.
After an incubation period of philosophical questioning and biblical awakening, Bill earned his B.A. in Human Relations and a Th.M. in Biblical Exposition. Equally valuable was his practical education in the family business. In launching out, Bill describes, “I became immersed in vocational ministry with non-profits and local churches, including new start-ups and a large urban, multi-staff/site congregation.” Bill expanded his teaching, coaching, and resource development.
After leading a third church plant (with the scars & bruises that prove it!), three peer and business leaders recognized Bill’s start-up gift and helped him form Masterwork, Inc. With this platform, Bill now lives out God’s calling and gifting. He and his wife, Kathleen, both give themselves fully to equipping men and women around the world, for marketplace effectiveness and local church health.
